Return policies
To initiate the return process, you must contact us at : services@plancher2000.ca
We will need the following information in your request:
A. Your order number at the time of purchase confirmation
B. The item(s) you wish to return
C. Provide photos and/or videos of the targeted items
Return orders :
- Please refer first to our *Terms of Purchase* to validate if your product is eligible for a return request.
- You must make your return request within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise in one of Plancher 2000's warehouses.
- The product(s) must be in the full box and in the same condition as when received by Plancher 2000. They must be in their original packaging and must not have been used, modified, installed or altered in any way.
- No return request will be processed without the A-B-C information requested above.
- For certain product categories, a minimum number of boxes is required to process a return request.
- We will issue a refund with applicable deductions and fees once the merchandise has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
- No returns will be accepted on liquidated or discontinued products.
Return, refund or cancellation fees:
- All returns, refunds or cancellations will be subject to a fee without exception. These may vary from 15% to 50% of the total invoice amount depending on the request and the product(s) involved.
- If you are unable to return the merchandise to a Plancher 2000 sales outlet following approval of your return request, a fee to be determined will be applied for the recovery according to our carriers' rates.
